    ‘Tis the Season

It’s that time of year again and I’m sure you have asked, when is the right time to put up your tree? Is it the day after thanksgiving? Or is it sooner?

Well if you are like me and my family we are usually behind on the whole holiday situation and tend not to get one up until Christmas is almost here. But hey that’s ok, no judgments on you putting your tree up early so long as you don’t judge me for not getting mine up in time LOL

If you’re like me it’s just not Christmas without going out and finding the perfect tree to put in your living room that you gaze upon every night.

Is there anything better than the smell of a real California grown Christmas tree?!

The only thing that makes having a real tree even more exciting is knowing that you cut it down yourself. If you’re looking for that truly unbeatable experience then look no further. I have a great link to some of Sacramento’s closest tree farms to give you that true Paul Bunyan feel. www.sactownmag.com/Blog/2015/6-Sacramento-area-Christmas-tree-farms-to-visit-this-holiday-season/ Don’t forget to bring the family so you have some extra hands to take over when you’ve reached the point of exhaustion from sawing!

There is one thing we can all agree on and that is that fires should remain in our fire places because nothing is more important than the safety of your home and family. So please don’t forget to unplug and or turn off your lights when you leave your home and when you head to bed. If you haven’t seen the new Christmas craze for this year then look no further. Introducing the black Christmas tree?!! Too trendy you ask? Is this idea to match the décor of your home design or is this actually for those of you with that inner Grinch that’s fighting to get out? You be the judge!

If the idea of a black tree inspires you, you can find your artificial tree online anywhere from $60 all the way up to $350 on places like www.Amazon.com, www.treetopia.com, and even www.homedepot.com but if you’re falling behind in getting those decorations up don’t worry with your prime subscription you can have your Grinch inspired tree and decorations next day!

From all of us here at the Rachel Adams Lee Group, Happy Holidays and please be safe and remember to unplug this holiday season, and as always if you are looking to buy/sell your home in 2020, we would be honored if you think of us. Have a magical Christmas and Happy New Year!
